Spring has Finally sprung in our little corner of Hull!
Well, February may have been the shortest month of the year but it's been full of momentum, connection and new beginnings across the Neighbourhood Network.
We have celebrated the successful completion of our Menopaus'ull Learn to Lift programme - 6 weeks of training, connections and building confidence.
A new Stay and Play Toddler playgroup has been welcomed to the centre, creating more opportunities for little ones to learn through play and for parents and carers to connect too.
We have also been involved with some fantastic partnership working with Community Payback holding many litter picks around the centre helping to keep our neighbourhood clean and cared for.
There is now also going to be a brand new Slimming World group taking place at the centre so keep your eyes peeled for the new dates on this!
And, one of most joyful moments of the month was noticing that Spring has finally appeared in our RHS Chelsea Songbird Survival Garden. The lighter mornings and signs of new growth feel very symbolic of the many changes happening around us - fresh energy and people coming together to blossom!
As always the Neighbourhood Network team are thankful for everyone who has played a part in bringing the community around us together - whether you attend, volunteer or simply spread the word about our work - the community is stronger because of you.
