Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga with Menopaus’ull !

Join the Menopaus’ull team for a perfect blend of movement, mindfulness and menopause support with a morning out on the lovely Kelsey Lakes and Gardens with some Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga.

We think this activity will be a great way of meeting new like-minded people whilst giving a fun and unique experience. As you float under the open sky on a calm lake you will move through grounding postures, breathwork and mindful moments designed to relax all with a bit of a giggle included too!

Surrounded by nature and supportive women this is more than a SUP Yoga class, it’s a celebration of strength and community, come as you are and leave feeling lighter, stronger and more connected with the people and nature that surrounds you.
