This March the Menopaus'ull Team have another month of exciting events planned, with the following webinars and opportunities:

Webinars include 'Managing the Menopause' with Kay Merritt from CHCP, 'Menopause in the Workplace' with Jo Brewis from HYMS and 'Sleeping well in the Menopause' with Kath from Hope2sleep.

Also this month we are pleased to be offering a NEW opportunity for 6 ladies who will benefit from sessions supporting emotional well-being. 'Lets Talk' will discuss how aspects of the menopause effects our lives and is being hosted by local expert therapist Gill Hirst. There will be 6 weekly sessions in total starting on Thursday 17th March.

The library is up and running now so please make the most of these great resources.

Also January's fitness sessions are all on the website, so if you missed any of these or want to complete again, they are all uploaded.
