A woman who sadly died in a collision on Sutton Road, Hull on Monday 11 April has today been named as 62-year-old Angela Thompson. Police were called shortly before 9pm with reports of a collision involving a car and a woman. Emergency services attended however the woman was pronounced deceased a short time later. Two men involved in a burglary that caused ‘significant trauma’ to its victims were sentenced at Hull Crown Court last week. Lennon McCusker (20) of Limedane, Hull, and Dawid Kajzer (17) of Lingcourt, Hull, pleaded guilty to the burglary on Wednesday 17 November 2021. The Office for National Statistics (ONS) have revealed that crime in the Humber region has decreased, according to the most recent recorded crime figures (to December 2021).
