Enter your artwork into the Ferens Art Gallery Open Exhibition

Every year Ferens Art Gallery have the Open exhibition. You can enter your chosen piece of art into the exhibition. It can be a painting, drawing, photograph, digital work or textile, sculpture or pottery.

The annual Open Exhibition at the Ferens Art Gallery has celebrated the creativity of local amateur and professional artists since 1967. Each year the Open Exhibition provides an exciting opportunity for artists to display and sell artwork. Visitors can expect to see a fascinating array of artwork including impressive paintings, photography and textiles, as well as a number of striking sculptures and ceramics, most of which will be for sale.

Th exhibition is being held Saturday 19 February – Monday 2 May 2022

All UK artists aged 16 or above can enter and are eligible to submit up to three pieces of work for consideration between Tuesday 2 November and Sunday 21 November 2021 using an online application form. Works will then be selected by a panel of specialist judges from the arts sector. To enter your artwork, visit www.ferensopen.co.uk

It costs £5 per artwork to enter. If your artwork is chosen for the exhibition, you could win a cash prize.
