Fitmums and Friends are currently offering virtual activity sessions to encouraging people to stay active, to improve both your physical and mental health. They hope these will go some way to supporting you through this difficult time.
The sessions are led by their trained and qualified coaches and instructors and are delivered live via Zoom, and then later uploaded to YouTube as an unlisted item (private video, only viewable by link on request).
Each session combines the workout and a chance to connect with Fitmums and Friends members, all in the comfort of your home.

They also have a series of 8 “Work from Home Wellness” sessions – 10-minute movement sessions to help you if you are working from home and beginning to feel aches/strains/niggles – or to prevent them from starting.
