Home from Hospital or Hull Churches Home from Hospital is a small local charity supporting the people of Hull for free.

They provide a high quality short-term service to adults during the vulnerable period on discharge from hospital, who reside within the boundaries of Kingston Upon Hull. Their aim is to provide reassurance, practical support and assistance in rehabilitation for those returning home alone or with little support networks locally.
