NHS Charities Together are pleased to announce new funding which is open to voluntary and community sector organisations in the Humber Coast And Vale area which stretches along the east coast of England from Scarborough to Cleethorpes, and along both banks of the Humber.
Humber Coast and Vale incorporates the cities of Hull and York and Large and rural areas of East Yorkshire, North Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire.
These grants are to support community partnerships in recognition of the impact of COVID-19 on the wider community.
The lead charity for this project, Health Tree Foundation, has worked with the NHS Charities in the area to agree three funding pots for the voluntary and community sector to apply.
There are three pots available to apply for:
- Pot 1: £200,000 for Green Social Prescribing: Mental & Physical health
- Pot 2: £200,000 for Volunteering: 2 bids sought 1 from Humber area, 1 from York & North Yorkshire
- Pot 3: £200k for Match funding projects grants from £5,000 to £50,000
