The Alcohol & Drug Service currently have an opportunity to be part of a new team based in Hull and across the East Riding to support homeless substance users to access services.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Inclusive Health team on the mobile health bus. You will provide advice and guidance to support homeless substance users to engage with treatment services and conduct assessments on risk and need and develop packages of care
The successful candidate will have a relevant degree e.g. Social Work, psychology OR L3 Diploma in Health & Social Care AND L3 Drug & Alcohol qualification or equivalent.
Experience in the substance misuse field and agile working in an outreach setting are desirable.
