Community Access Worker with Age UK Hull

Hours: 21 hours per week (to be worked flexibly)

Salary: £17,643.60 pro rata

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

This position is required to have a full DBS check and a probationary period of 6 months.

A new and interesting varied role to develop and co-ordinate a range of varied activities aimed at older people alleviating isolation and increasing their access to social opportunities and services which in turn will improve their confidence, health and well-being.

You will work closely with all colleagues, partners and, importantly, service users to meet key outcomes associated with delivery of this programme of work.

The post will be varied, working across Age UK Hull’s key areas and so the post holder will need a flexible and adaptable approach.

This 12 month post is funded through Hull’s Connect Well Social prescribing fund.
