Hull Clinical Commissioning Group have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our extremely busy and highly visible communications and engagement team.
This role is integral to the delivery of the CCG’s engagement remit, taking responsibility for community engagement and engaging with working age adults through local businesses and workplaces. You will use multiple methodologies to ensure that views are heard and used to influence local health decision making processes.
Established programmes, Hull Health Champions and Working Voices, are the main vehicles for this and as the lead officer for these you are expected to build on already developed relationships as well as identify and develop new ones to grow the programmes. You will support the organisation to ensure all sections of our communities are given a voice and will lead on developing and implementing mechanisms for engaging with seldom heard and hard to reach groups.
Sound knowledge of community development and public engagement techniques and tools are essential for this role, along with the ability to effectively plan and coordinate projects in complex and challenging environments.
