Home Start Hull are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant as part of their Big Hopes Big Future Programme.
The role is for 20 hours per week and will be a Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2022, SCP 7, actual salary £5,413.50 (over 6 months)
They are recruiting an admin assistant to manage the day-to-day admin functions of the organisation. Experience of Office 365 and a professional, friendly manner is essential. You will manage the database system Charitylog and communicate with professionals, families, volunteers, staff and trustees via phone, email and text. General office duties including filing and working alongside the Finance Officer.
