Overall Purpose of the Job
To provide administration and finance support to the Emmaus community and team, to enable the community to operate effectively
Administration
- To carry out general administration to support the management of the community
- To deal with phone calls to support the community
- Housing Benefit Claims and managing schedules
- To manage the stock and ordering of supplies for the community residential
- To carry out inspections of the community premises to ensure compliance to health and safety, food safety, and other legislation
- To manage the compliance calendar and repairs schedule
- To produce community performance reports
Finance
- To support the finance lead in the preparation of weekly allowances, holiday, leisure, savings, leaving allowances, and housing benefit records
- To enter financial data onto monitoring spreadsheets to enable progress to budget to be monitored
- To enter financial data on CL
- To enter donor and sponsor details relating to the community of CL
- To deal with phone calls to support the community operation
- To manage the stock and ordering of supplies for the community house
