Hull and East Yorkshire Mind currently employs around 150 staff; supporting these and recruiting new staff is key to ensuring they have the best workforce in place to provide the highest level of mental health support to individuals. You will assist the Human Resources Officer to achieve this, predominantly by co-ordinating the recruitment and onboarding processes.
The post holder will also undertake other Human Resources and administration tasks such as ensuring staff complete training in accordance with their policies
You must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and be able to learn new systems. You will need excellent organisational skills, be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
