Hull Culture and Leisure Library Service are seeking to appoint three dynamic and inspirational individuals to support SMEs by encouraging them to innovate by investing in research to develop new products/processes and services.
You will develop and deliver workshops and, support the Innovate Humber Project Development Manager to establish the project. This will include developing partnerships and brokering relationships between SMEs, research organisations and institutions to assist project participants.
We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic and can make things happen with experience of work in a relevant field. We expect you to have relevant skills, experience and knowledge, including effective communication skills to inspire and motivate people. In addition to this, the ability to maintain strong working relationships and partnerships.
You will need to have a good knowledge of the resources and, research and information tools available to help businesses innovate. A good understanding of economic and industrial development is also desirable.
You must have a flexible approach to work, as this job will require the successful candidate to travel across the region, with some evening and weekend work planned into your schedule.
