The Open Doors Project is a church based charity which was started in the autumn of 2000, when the Church responded initially meeting strangers along Princes Avenue.
Recently more and more of our asylum seekers are putting in requests for bicycles – male adult size. They are currently sorting out some funding for bicycles, but the shops that they have been using are low on stock and they are very difficult to get hold of.
They would be very grateful of any donations that could be made to them through this difficult time of an ever increasing demand in need.
They also run a great allotment plot helping refugees get outdoors and socialise but they are in need of some basic gardening tools – anything would be greatly appreciated.
