Calling all Neighbourhood Watch and Community Safety interests groups across the city – the Hull City Council crime prevention fund is open for applications.
The aim of this grant is to help groups towards the costs of crime prevention measures
within the city of Hull. It is designed to support community organisations to undertake local
projects that will reduce crime and antisocial behaviour and improve how safe residents
feel in an area.
The Crime Prevention Fund can provide funding of between £500 and £25,000 to projects
that meet the scheme criteria. Applications are split into three funding groups:
• small grant (£500 to £5000)
• medium grant (£5001 to £15000)
• large grant (£15001 to £25000)
The criteria are the same for all applications, however, larger projects need to be
supported by greater detail.
You may have a project or activity that you would like to undertake in your Neighbourhood
which would help reduce crime, antisocial behaviour and improve how safe residents feel
in an area.
Dates for submissions of application:
By 3rd February 2023
By 3rd March 2023
By 7th April 2023
