The Menopaus’ull team wanted to showcase some exercise classes to introduce you to the many different styles of workouts that you may not have tried before.
Join us and personal trainer Neil Thompson, for this free ONLINE session @ 7pm on Wednesday 6th April, which will get you moving and feeling good in the hope that it may make you consider joining a class or thinking about other ways you would like to incorporate exercise into your daily lives.
