The NHS CCG want to hear your views on general advice and wellbeing support

NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Hull City Council are working together to improve general advice and wellbeing support in the City.

They would like to hear the views of as many of Hull’s community as possible to ensure they get the support offer right.

Note: You do not need to have accessed any general advice or wellbeing support previously.

You can complete a survey online by following this link. The survey will work on desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones. All responses to the survey will remain anonymous.
