Apple iCloud account scam

Cyber scammers are attempting to access peoples personal details by emailing some iPhone users with a message informing them that their photos may be deleted.

The subject matter states ‘Your photos may be deleted, take action!” If you click on this email you will then be prompted to update your payment method as your previous details have expired. It then warns that if you fail to do this it could lead to the loss of your photos, be unable to store images and you could lose anything that you may store in the cloud and any services will be ceased.

Scammers will point you towards using a fake website where they will ask you to update your payment details where your banking information will be stored by them.
