Dotty & her switch to fibre – KCOM

Kcom have created a short video to support the migration from a copper landline to a new fibre connection featuring the lovely Dotty, an elderly lady introduced to them through their partners Age UK Hull and East Yorkshire. Click here to watch the video.

This video was made to share awareness that KCOM will soon be moving all landline phones onto a fibre connection, with this video highlighting the simple process which is needed to enable your landline telephone to continue to work. It’s a simple process where they’ll fit one internet connection box outside & one inside your home.
