Events taking place at Pearson Park during August

There are lots of events taking place at Pearson Park this August. From Woodland Creature Trails, Chess playing event, West African Rhythm Music workshop and Animal Magic event, see the below posters for more information.

Make sure you don’t miss these ones:

• Pearson Park Woodland Creatures Trail on Tuesday 16 August at 10am, 12pm & 2pm

• Family Chess Event on the bandstand on Thursday 18 August at 11am – 3pm

Volunteers from Hull & District Chess Association will be on hand to provide expert advice and guidance on the growing game of Chess. They will have 20 table top chess boards plus a giant chess board on the grass for anyone who would like a go. All ages and abilities are welcome.

• West African Rhythm Music Workshop on Friday 19 August at 1-3pm

• Pearson Park Animal Magic summer event on Wednesday 24 August from 11am-3pm
