Head of People and Culture with HEY Mind

Hull and East Yorkshire Mind are currently looking for a Head of People and Culture to join their team.  

This is a new role which has been created to reflect the growing number of staff they employ.

This position will be part of their Senior Leadership Team and will bring together our people services, ie their paid and unpaid workforce, across Hull and East Yorkshire Mind, North East Lincolnshire Mind and their subsidiary company Wellington Care.

This exciting new role will have a huge impact on the future success of HEY Mind as a caring employer. The successful applicant will be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team.

You should be able to develop a people strategy, closely aligned to their Group strategy which drives performance. The ability to influence HEY Mind culture by championing our diversity and inclusion aspirations, employee engagement and workforce development initiatives is also required.
