Are you struggling with ongoing social issues & need some support? If so, the Marmot Primary Care Network can help at their Health & Wellbeing Event!
Here, you can discuss issues you have such as carer support, finances, low mood, anxiety, loneliness, bereavement, housing, social groups & physical activity. They can also check your blood pressure, pulse, height & weight if wanted (these results will be shared with your GP surgery & are all confidential).
So why not go down to the Lonsdale Community Centre (8 Lonsdale Street, HU3 6PS) on Thursday 29th February from 9:30am – 12pm, to enjoy a chat & a FREE cuppa with their team!
