Humberside Fire & Rescue services are looking for members of the community to join their interview panel!

The Community Interview Panel will be interviewing candidates looking to join the Fire & Rescue service, as well as those seeking promotion. This panel will be supported by the services Human Resources team, who’ll offer guidance on the role & the recruitment/promotion itself.

The skills the panel are looking for are:

• A  passion for your community.
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team of community members.
• The confidence to speak in a group.
