Serious Violent Crime: Crimestoppers Campaign

Crimestoppers has launched a national campaign: Serious Violent Crime.

Criminals use violence, exploitation, and intimidation to control people, and profit from the sale of drugs and other illegal activities. With this campaign, Crimestoppers are asking people to speak up and not remain silent when violent criminals are known to them.

The campaign focuses on three strands:

• Criminal exploitation
• Firearms
• Knife crime

Crimestoppers will reinforce throughout the campaign that anyone who uses their vital service will always remain 100% anonymous.
