At the Adult Social Care Information & Advice Hub you can speak to members of the ‘Community See & Solve’ team who are the first point of contact for people living in Hull.

They use solution focused conversations to support people access the most appropriate information, advice or services which will help people to maintain their independence.

They have:

• Social Workers.
• Social Care Advisors
• Occupational Therapists
• Occupational Therapy Assistants.

They’re located at either the Bransholme Health Centre from 10:30am – 4:30pm every Wednesday and are also located at the Orchard Centre every Wednesday from 10:30am – 4:30pm, so why not pop down for a chat!
