Share your experience of living in Hull
19th February 2021Hull: Your feedback on volunteering or being helped by volunteers is needed.

Have you been supported by volunteers, been a volunteer or used volunteers to deliver a service during the last 12 months?
The Humber, Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership has been asked to coordinate a piece of work on behalf of NHS England to gather information around people’s experiences of volunteering or accessing volunteers during the COVID 19 pandemic. This information will help to shape national discussions around the opportunities for future volunteering at a community level.
This work is being led by York CVS, who have created a survey which will give you the opportunity to share your experiences and provide feedback to date. This should take between 10 and 45 minutes to complete, depending on the level of detail you provide.
They’re looking for people in Hull who have been helped by volunteers, volunteered themselves or used volunteers to support their clients/patients/service-users during the COVID pandemic to feed in to this research. They’d also like to hear from people who can offer insight into reasons why they weren’t helped by volunteers, why they didn’t volunteer themselves or didn’t use volunteers to support their clients/patients/service users during the COVID pandemic.
Please share this with any groups of volunteers, any service-users, and colleagues, contacts and local groups who have organised COVID-response volunteers for people too so that all our voices can be heard.
You can read more and give them your experiences and suggestions here until 8 am on Monday 8 March 2021, after which the results will be compiled for analysis.
