Neighbourhood Network Newsletter

472 - 30th September 2026
As we’ve settled back into our usual routines after the summer, it has been fantastic to see so many of our regular classes and activities restarting, alongside lots of new enquiries, bookings and exciting plans taking shape.
Our community centre has been busier than ever, and we’re thrilled to already have people booking dates with us well into 2027! It’s amazing to see the centre continuing to be such a popular and welcoming space for our community.
We’ve also been busy behind the scenes getting our Crime Reduction Shop stocked up as the nights start to draw in. With the darker evenings upon us, we’re making sure we have plenty of useful safety products available, including outdoor safety lights and personal protection alarms, helping people feel a little safer as we head into the autumn and winter months.
And it isn’t just the present we’ve been thinking about! We’ve already started looking ahead to Christmas 🎄, planning our festive activities and events, while also looking at ways we can improve and develop our 2027 calendar to bring even more opportunities to our city.
Of course, we’re also working incredibly hard behind the scenes to get ready for what is going to be a very busy Menopause Awareness Month. October is a huge month for our Menopaus’ull team, with lots happening across Hull and East Yorkshire and plenty still to organise!
There is always something happening here, and we’re so grateful to everyone who continues to support us, attend our activities, hire our spaces, get involved in our projects and help make the charity what it is today!
Here’s to another busy few months ahead! 💜
