A 32 year-old man was arrested in the early hours on morning of 21st February following reports of an attempted vehicle theft on Riley Way, Hull.
Officers were quickly on the scene and the man was taken into police custody, where he currently remains.
He was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of drugs, going equipped to commit theft and a public order offence of causing fear of violence.
