Following a video that was posted online of a suspect jumping on top of a police car in Hull, a man has been arrested this morning.
The video which was filmed on a mobile phone was put online showing an individual damaging an unattended police car on Yatesby Garth in Bransholme on Monday 17 June 2019.
Following information passed on to police by the public, and by using intelligence already gathered by neighbourhoods and Operation Yellowfin officers, an 18-year-old man from north Hull was identified and has been arrested, initially on suspicion of a burglary while enquiries continue.
He’s currently in custody.
