A 34-year-old woman from Hull has been charged with assaulting two police officers and with a racially aggravated public order offence in relation to an incident in Hull.
It happened on Hartoft Road on Wednesday 11 September.
Gemma Johnson from Hartoft Road was charged with a racially aggravated section 4 public order offence and two assaults on emergency workers by beating.
She has already appeared in court in Hull.
A teenager who was arrested after the same incident has been released without charge.
