Hull: Five arrested in a day for drugs offences through Op Galaxy

Two drugs warrants were executed on Monday 4 November at separate addresses in Scunthorpe as part of Operation Galaxy.

Both were under section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act. One was at a property on Grasby Road, the other on Salmonby Road. A car was also searched.

Prepared bags of class B drugs were seized along with £60 worth of what are thought to be class A drugs, between 600 and 800 Pregabalin tablets, £100 in cash and drugs paraphernalia.

Three women and two men were arrested on suspicion of possessing an illegal drug with intent to supply.

They have been released under investigation while investigations continue.
