Healthy Heart Grants

Deadline 11th April

Thanks to Heart Research UK’s partnership with Subway® they can offer Healthy Heart Grants of up to £10,000 to community projects that focus on heart health and promote healthier, happier longer lives for everyone.

They are available for new, original and innovative projects that actively promote a healthy heart and help to prevent, or reduce, the risk of heart disease near you

The grants offer for our region opens on 28^th February and closes on 11^th April
