Healthwatch Hull are currently circulating a Patient Experience Survey that focuses on support and experiences during lockdown.

They need to know if you’re still getting the right support from health and social care services.

Have you used a service recently? A GP? Dentist? Optician? Care Home? Any other NHS service?

How was it? They don’t just want negative feedback, they’re looking for all the positives too!
