9th September 2020Hull: Criminal Behaviour Order granted for shoplifter

A Criminal Behaviour Order and Court Banning Order have been granted through the courts to prevent convicted shoplifter Liam Huteson from further offences.

The Criminal Behaviour Order is in place until the end of June 2022 and prevents Huteson from:
– Remaining in any shop in Hull when asked to leave by staff
– Entering Kingswood Retail Park, area shown on map (below, top)
– Entering North Point shopping centre and its grounds, area shown on map (below, bottom)
A Court Banning Order has also been granted banning him from entering any commercial premises within the Hull city boundary. This is in place until 4 September 2021.
If you see Huteson breaching any of the above terms please call our non-emergency 101 number as he could face arrest.
