With the coronavirus pandemic changing all of our day to day routines, it is understandable that the threat from terrorism isn’t necessarily front of mind for everyone across the country. But as Counter Terrorism Policing know, sadly it has not gone away which is why we still need the public to be vigilant when they are out and about – where ever they may be.
As a result Counter Terrorism Awareness Advisors, on behalf of Counter Terrorism Policing North East are delivering ACT Awareness* and SCaN **(See Check and Notify) presentations remotely via Microsoft Teams on the following dates :
- Thursday 25/02/2021 –
- 10:30 to 12:00 ACT Awareness and
- 13:30 to 15:00 SCaN
- Wednesday 03/03/2021 –
- 10:30 to 12:00 ACT Awareness and
- 13:30 to 15:00 SCaN
- Thursday 04/03/2021 –
- 10:30 to 12:00 SCaN and
- 13:30 to 15:00 ACT Awareness
Each session last approximately 1 hour subject to any IT complications.
If you or any of your staff are interested in participating in any of the above sessions please contact your local CTAA’s on the below emails before 19/02/2021 to avoid missing out.
