This-Ability Mentor with Humber Learning Consortium

• Full-time 35 hours per week
• Salary £19000 – £24000 per annum

This-Ability will support people aged between 18 – 29years, with learning and physical disabilities/difficulties and long-term health conditions, who have been unemployed or economically inactive for 6 months+ with the aim of moving them into work.

Over 5 years Humber Learning Consortium (HLC) will support up to 500 participants moving at least 200 (40%) into employment, through the assistance of a supported employment programme (MOBY)

Participants will receive high quality advice, support, and training delivered by the This-Ability and its partners. They expect at least 400(80%) participants to achieve an Employability Passport.
