Project Worker with Hull Churches Home from Hospital

Deadline 31st January

• 20 hrs per week
• Fixed term 12 month contract, with possibility of extension.
• NJC Scale 5 £19,312 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

HCHFH is a registered charity valuing the opportunity to work alongside people in the community since 1994. They are seeking to recruit a new member to join the current team.

The postholder will be practical, outgoing, confident and enjoy working in a supportive role with people across all age groups. HCHFH are a “can do” organisation and seek likeminded applicants.

Essential:

• Experience of working with people to find solutions to presenting problems and needs. This maybe through working in Social Care, Health, or any other settings.
• Ability to work with people in a flexible and person-centred way.
• Ability to travel independently across the City of Hull.

Training and development opportunities will be provided.
