Description
Unrestricted grants to support small and medium-sized local charities, with a proven track record of helping people in England and Wales with complex social issues, to recover and renew beyond the COVID-19 crisis.

Maximum value: £ 50,000
Objectives of Fund
The grants programme offers long-term funding, including core costs and tailored development support to small and medium-sized charities that have a track record of working to help people overcome the following Complex Social issues:
- Addiction and dependency on alcohol, drugs and/or gambling
- Asylum seekers and refugees
- Care leavers
- Domestic and sexual abuse
- Homeless and vulnerably housed
- Learning disabilities
- Mental health
- Offending, prison or community service
- Sexual exploitation
- Trafficking and modern slavery
- Young parents

How To Apply
June 2022 update:
- The Foundation has announced that it is closing to new application under its 2018-2022 strategy (Reaching Further).
- Charities have until 29 July 2022 (5pm) to submit an application.
- Notification of decisions within four months.
- The Foundation is preparing a new strategy which it expects to launch in October 2022.
- The new funding programme is expected to open later in 2022.
