5th October 2022Anxiety support workshop with Groundwork Hull
Groundwork Hull are working in partnership with Second Thoughts East Yorkshire. They will be running support sessions for people struggling with anxiety from The Shed at 108 West Dock Avenue Hull Hu3 4JR.
The course will run for 4 weeks and starts on Tuesday 1st November and will finish on Tuesday 22nd November. Course session times are 10 am till 2pm and seats must be booked. You can contact hull@groundwork.org.uk to book your space or enquire for more information.
