Community Organising & Activism Awareness Session

The team at Mencap are holding a free awareness session on Community Organising & Activism in Hull on Thursday 30^th November 2023.

This session will be open to people with a learning disability, carers/supporters and anyone who is interested in learning more about activism and community organising living in Hull and the surrounding areas.  

What is the session about?  

You will learn more about what makes a community and how activism can help. You’ll also find out about our new way of working here at Mencap and our exciting new coaching offer that can help bring your campaign ideas to life! For booking details, please see the attached poster.
