A second man has been charged in connection with the incident
On Tuesday 8th August Humberside Police asked for the public’s help in identifying a man linked to an arson incident on Exeter Grove, off Preston Road, Hull on Monday 7 August.
Following the appeal police have arrested a 38-year-old man on suspicion of arson and he is in police custody.
We would like to thank the public and media for their support with this investigation.
A second man arrested as part of enquiries, 44-year-old Ian Mansell of St Pancras Close, Hull has been charged arson and remanded to appear at Hull Magistrates Court today.
