Ladies, let’s step into nature, connect, and support each other on a refreshing Menopaus’ull Walk around the beautiful Welton Wold Circular! This March we are teaming up with the lovely Sarah from BacktoBack massage and the gang for a collective walk around the area chatting all things menopause and life!!

This gentle, scenic walk is designed for women navigating menopause—whether you’re looking for fresh air, friendly chats, or just a moment to breathe and unwind. Together, we’ll embrace movement, share experiences, and enjoy the peaceful countryside.

Distance: Approx. 6 miles (BUT DONT WORRY – we will be going at a gentle pace)
