New Wellbeing Class launces at the Alf Marshall Centre in partnership with Hull Warm Homes and Hull City Council .
The class incorporates Yoga stretches , breathwork and relaxation !
The sessions start on Monday 20th October , 2pm-3pm , Come along & relax!
Everyone welcome but must be able to commit to at least 5 out of the 6 sessions!
