Craft for a cause!

Do you enjoy crafting?

If so, join a new group starting up at Holderness House (off Holderness Road), this November.

The group will bring together knitting and crochet crafters (initially) to make items for a purpose.  Partnerships will be made with local charities who use handmade items in care packages, for awareness campaigns or just to bring a little joy to those they support.

If you’re an experienced crafter then great, if not then don’t worry, there will be plenty of people who can help you learn.  This is a fantastic way to bring people together and give to others at the same time, over a cuppa and biscuits of course.

They will be accepting donations of wool and if you know of a charity or community group who would love some handmade items to share with those they support, please do put them in touch.

Join them every Thursday at Holderness House starting on 27th November from 10am until 12pm.
