Menopaus’ull Cafe with Spire Hull – all welcome!
18th March 202620.05.26 – Join Menopaus’ull for an evening with Dr Louise Newson

At Menopaus’ull, we are passionate about creating spaces where women can learn, share experiences, and feel supported through every stage of midlife. That’s why we’re delighted to invite our community to a special evening event on Wednesday 20th May with leading menopause specialist Dr Louise Newson.
Dr Newson is widely recognised for her work in improving education and awareness around hormones and menopause. Her talk, Breaking the Cycle: The Power of Hormones, explores the vital role hormones play in women’s health and aims to challenge the misinformation and silence that has surrounded menopause for far too long.
This event is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your understanding of hormones, hear from one of the UK’s most influential voices in menopause care, and gain practical insights that could help you feel more informed and empowered about your own health.
Just as importantly, the evening is also a chance to connect with like-minded women. Many of our Menopaus’ull supporters tell us that one of the most powerful things about our community is simply knowing you are not alone. Events like this bring women together to share experiences, spark conversations, and build supportive friendships.
To make the event as accessible as possible for our community, tickets are currently available at a reduced rate. If you’ve been curious to learn more about hormones, menopause, or simply want to spend an uplifting evening with women who understand the journey, this is a fantastic opportunity.
We would love for members of the Menopaus’ull community to join us on 20th May for what promises to be an informative, inspiring, and empowering evening.
