27.05.26 – Menopaus’ull Walk & Talk at East Park

Are you looking for a friendly place to connect, share and move your body?

Come along to our Menopaus’ull Walk & Talk in East Park, Hull, HU8 9AE on Wednesday 27th May at 6pm. The meeting point will be at the Bandstand (outside of the café area) and the walk will then take place around the park at a leisurely pace.

This is a gentle stroll where you can enjoy the fresh air, friendly conversation and the support of other women who all understand the ups and downs of the menopause journey. Whether you want to chat, listen or just be present in some enjoyable surrounds in a safe space and enjoy some company – you will always be warmly welcomed.

Remember to please make sure you come prepared by making sure you have suitable footwear on and a rainproof jacket as we will be walking – whatever the weather may be!
