Hull: Can you help identify a suspect?

Do you recognise this man who police want to speak to in connection with an incident in Hull on 3 January 2018?

Three teenagers were near to the Sutton Underpass on Leads Road around 4pm, when a man riding a bike became aggressive and threw two containers at them containing an unknown liquid.

Both containers and the liquid, believed to be a form of cleaning fluid, missed the teenagers but created black burn marks on the grass nearby. He retrieved the containers and rode off.

The only photo available of the suspect was taken with a mobile phone. We appreciate it is not a high definition image but we hope someone who may know the man will recognise him.

He’s been described as in his late teens/early 20s, with short dark hair and wearing a blue jacket and shorts.
