Hull: Information and witness appeal – Car theft

Two men are being sought in connection with a car theft on 7 January 2018 in Hull.

A takeaway driver was making a food delivery in a silver Toyota Yaris on Hardy Street around 8.45pm and left his car running.

The driver was approached by two males. He was pushed over by one of them who then jumped into the car with the other male and drove off. The victim was unhurt.

Police are searching for a black Vauxhall Astra which was at the scene and drove off at the same time as the Toyota.

The victim’s bank cards which were in his car were used in a number of transactions at shops and online.
